Getting started
AviTV is a private player. You need an Xtream Codes account or an M3U/M3U8 playlist you are authorized to use. The app does not include channels, subscriptions, or its own catalog.
- Choose the connection type and enter the server or playlist URL supplied by your provider.
- Use HTTPS whenever your provider offers it.
- Let AviTV finish loading the catalog before browsing live TV, movies, or series.
My connection is not working
Check that the URL, username, and password are correct and that your provider account is active. If the problem continues, try the URL from another network and ask the provider about its service status. AviTV does not manage third-party accounts or reset provider credentials.
Playback, audio, or subtitles
Check your internet connection and try playing the item again. In the player, you can select an audio or subtitle track when the content includes one. Track availability depends on the provider and stream.
Chromecast and local network
To cast live TV, connect your iPhone or iPad and Chromecast to the same Wi-Fi network. AviTV asks for local-network access only to discover Chromecast receivers when you use that feature.
Privacy policy
AviTV stores IPTV connections, preferences, local profiles, favorites, and watch history on your device. Credentials are kept in the system keychain. The app does not sell data, display advertising, or provide a public catalog or AviTV cloud account.
When you connect a provider, your credentials and catalog requests are sent directly to that provider. If the provider only uses HTTP, that communication is not encrypted; use HTTPS whenever possible.
The optional Chromecast feature discovers devices on your local network and sends the current channel URL to the receiver you select. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to cast.
Terms of use
Use AviTV only with content and services you have the right to access. You are responsible for complying with your provider's terms and applicable laws. AviTV is not affiliated with content providers, does not host or sell content, and does not guarantee the availability of third-party services.
